Product Introduction:
Sulfur is an essential non-metallic element found in nature as yellow crystals, commonly known as brimstone or flowers of sulfur. It is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether, and readily soluble in carbon disulfide. Sulfur exists in several allotropic forms, most notably orthorhombic and monoclinic sulfur. In industry, sulfur is a fundamental raw material for producing sulfuric acid, sulfates, rubber vulcanization agents, paper, explosives, and matches. It is also widely used in agriculture, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and construction materials. Over 80% of the global sulfur output is consumed in sulfuric acid production.
