THI®X-278 Silicone defoamer

 

Product Introduction:

    This product is a water-based defoamer specially developed for water based foaming systems. It has good defoaming performance and excellent foam suppression. It has a wide range of applications and is a general￾purpose silicone defoamer.

 

Product Features:

①It can be diluted with water multiple times, has good compatibility with the foaming medium, and can quickly disperse in water.

②Excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties.

③Good stability, uniform and stable product dilution, no floating oil, flocculation phenomenon.

④High temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can still maintain good defoaming performance under different application conditions (within the pH range of 4-12).

⑤ Less dosage, easy to use.

 

Performance indicators:

Appearance: milky white liquid, no floating oil

PH value: 6.0-9.0

Odor: no obvious smell

Solubility: completely soluble in water

Ionic :Non-ionic

Non-volatile matter: 10-50%

 

Scope of application:

     Suitable for water treatment, metal processing fluid (cutting fluid, etc.), waterbased paint, metal cleaning, papermaking, building materials, water-based adhesives, textile printing and dyeing, water-soluble ink, industrial cleaning, oil field industry, desulfurization industry, pesticide and fertilizer, fermentation, Defoaming and antifoaming in water-based systems in various industries and production processes such as mining ore dressing and rubber.

 

How to use:

①It can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as an antifoam component. According to different application systems, the amount of defoamer added can be 0.01% to 0.2%. The exact amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation.

②Add directly to the working medium environment or use after diluting with appropriate amount of water. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution.

 

Packaging, storage and transportation:

    25KG, 200KG, 1000KG/drum packing. Store in a cool place, valid for 2 years. Transport as general chemicals.
